Very rude and made me feel like a thief. Told me that my Ridgid belt sander belonged to someone else! Before bringing my Ridgid belt sander in, I spent an hour on the phone with Ridgid to make sure all was good and that I had a life time warranty. Ridgid had my name, email address, home address and the belt sander serial number and told me that the life time warrant was good. I will not recommend anyone have any service done there!
I really like how he understands my issue with the ridgid tool and his treatment better than the authorized service center. Thank you.
Almost 3 months to repair a friggin’ Ridgid tool! Cmon!
I had a great experience at Corr today. The motor on my table saw failed and Ridgid told me this was the closest service center. I read the reviews here which are mixed and I was somewhat worried about my table saw being out of commission for a lengthy period. Anyway, I dropped the motor off at the start of lunch. The guys there have interesting senses of humour. 40 minutes later , I get a call telling me my motor is ready. I'm pleased with my experience.
Sat Feb 8 2025, 10:13 am Drove there expecting someone to be there since thier hours at 9 am to 12pm. Locked up like fort Knox. Please update your hours. Will update review next week I guess
