DO NOT GO HERE!!! We went even after reading the reviews. Do not make our mistake. We brought our RYOBI vacuum in because there was an intermittent electrical short in the powerhead. (Should be an easy fix or a simple replacement part). We got our ticket and were told to wait for their call. Almost a month later I call to get a status update. Awesome. Great work and fast!
Very rude and made me feel like a thief. Told me that my Ridgid belt sander belonged to someone else! Before bringing my Ridgid belt sander in, I spent an hour on the phone with Ridgid to make sure all was good and that I had a life time warranty. Ridgid had my name, email address, home address and the belt sander serial number and told me that the life time warrant was good. I will not recommend anyone have any service done there!
I really like how he understands my issue with the ridgid tool and his treatment better than the authorized service center. Thank you.
Almost 3 months to repair a friggin’ Ridgid tool! Cmon!
