Very professional and knowledgeable and communicative
The company has been helping me. With my pool Specially the equipment.. For around a year. The backbone. and the Man to go to. is DENALI Five stars plus. Keep up the good work. It's always nice to deal with a professional. With ethics. Like in the good old days.
We purchased a swimspa at a show. Denali was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable about the procedure to connect the swimspa. He is very approachable and willing to answer any an all questions. He has a very strong work ethic for a man of his age which is very refreshing. I would not hesitate to call on him again for any pool or spa issues in the future. To all out there you will.not be disappointed in this young man or this company.
Denali has a broad understanding of pool equipment, chemistry and computers. His troubleshooting ability is great with that combo, which is how we first hired him. We decided to have him service our pool as well, as he is dependable, communicates well and our pool looks great. He is a hard worker, conscientious and polite as well. And I hope no one believes this review, so he does not get overwhelmed with customers and we go thru growing pains!
