KC was very helpful and knowledgeable I was there to get an oil change for my 2024 Forrester. She took the time to show me the new Outback and the different options. She made the buying process easy !
Had to replace 2 tires due to road debri. Joseph worked to keep the cost as low as possible. Then offered tire hazard, which I apparently thought I didn't need 2-1/2 years ago when I purchased our Outback. It was cheaper for 5 years on all tires on the vehicle for less than the two new ones cost at lowest price. I now feel protected from the unexpected road perils! Tha k you Subaru and Joseph!
The sales team was very kind and friendly and made an experience that can be very stressful, stress free and were willing to get to my level to meet my budget needs. No pushiness , but practical and transparent. Definitely a recommendation for a new or used car.
The people at Hicks are always friendly and inviting. The coffee and snacks are well worth the visit. It's very comfortable taking your car there.
Service dept was excellent. Great communication and prompt service. Everyone was polite and very helpful. Check them out!!
