HORRIBLE , FILTHY, RUDE STAFF SUCH AS "BB" . SHE ARGUED WITH ME AND REFUSED TO LET ME SPEAK WITH HER BOSS. THERE ARE PLENTY OTHER LTCF IN COASTAL BEND FOR YOUR LOVED ONE TO END UP AT CC REHAB WITH THEIR NEGLECTFUL STAFF. IF THEY GET DEFENSIVE WHEN YOU ASK QUESTIONS AND REFUSE TO GET YOU THEIR BOSS THEN YOU KNOW THIS PLACE IS FULL OF IT. CHECK OUT THEIR STATUS ONLINE WITH TEXAS FIRST. HEY "BB" MIGHT WANT TO WORK ON YOUR PHONE ETIQUETTE ! HOPEFULLY YOUR BOSS SEES THIS SINCE YOU REFUSED TO PUT UPPER MANAGEMENT ON THE PHONE.
We searched numerous places in hopes of finding the best possible care for our mother. After several nightmare facilities in CC, we were blessed with CCNR. The amount of care that is given was excellent. Not once, did we ever have any concerns about our mothers care. Our beloved mother has since passed however; I would highly recommend CCNR without a doubt.
