I want to send a shout out to your GM Trent. My name is Gino Guerrero. Business Manager at Javelina Harley Davidson. Long story short, we sold a brand new 2024 Low Rider ST to Kim Robinson. She was in Freer, TX with an issue causing an oil leak. 1 phone call to Trent and he had a driver en route to pick her up. She decided to ride it in and the service manager and Trent put her up for first class VIP treatment and took care of her issue. Great job guys. We owe you a favor!
Was in town on vacation, the wife and I always gotta check the local dealership wherever we are, it was a nice store but the above and beyond was the staff!! They were great especially Allie!!
