Jason is extremely unresponsive, and lacks communication. Does not have any people skills and lacks attention to detail. We had him replace a furnace at a property 2023. Not even a year later parts go out on it. I made Jason aware of this July 11th and We scheduled Jason for warranty work. His earliest availability was the 24th after prying it out of him. Once the day was scheduled there was no more communication from him. Dude just dropped off the grid. No time was set either for us to know when he will be there. I’m guessi... read more
