Was treated very poorly over the phone when asking about having my home weatherized. Was informed I wasn't eligible (but due to state guidelines we are with priority) had every question evaded and was told they would never touch my home again even though it was well out of the 15 year guidelines. Sheri Mace spoke to me like I was trash for even asking for assistance.
