Objectively useless, they are the worst travel company to work with, their customer service is non-existent and every time you call they charge your organization for useless service. I can't wait till my university rebids their contract and gets a different service.
Customer serivce does not exist. What a horrible service and they bounce you around and never help. I would only use them if I was forced to.
From the Hotel end this team is absolutely amazing. We could not ask for better partners and assistance. If you have the opportunity to work with Lisa & Mary Lou your event will be a guaranteed success.
Had a travel situation and needed to confirm reservations for part of an international trip. No one answered the phone after it rang for 1/2 hour on two separate calls. No other way to contact anyone.
DO NOT BOOK your travels with them. They misspelled so many of our group members name. Not only did they book us different flights at different times, they book us at separate airports. And that is my main issue, I live in NYC and now I have to go to Jersey to catch my flight.the words i would use to describe my experience are: unprofessional, inefficient and unresponsive. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES
