I have found booking with CTM is a frustrating experience. Our company switched from Eden to CTM and I have issues with them in my first booking. They used my Preferred name instead of my actual name on travel ID to book my flights and everything went crazy. Airports and hotels asked me for the ID, even though I showed them the bookings, and they said your id didn't match the name. I lost my status credits, points with airline. I contacted them to change the booking name but they said they couldn't. I wouldn't recommend this... read more
