For the last month or so my app does not let me search flights whatsoever, the app has never been good at all and barely passable as functional.. needs a total overhaul haul. I contacted a team about the app not letting me search and was told nothing was wrong, even though it still doesn’t work and never received any further correspondence on the matter.
I had some special travel requirements due to having had recent surgery. Greg was particularly attentive in making sure that these were taken into consideration when booking seats on my flight and my hotel room.
Just waited 40 mins on the phone, finally got through, asked the agent to wait 20 seconds whilst I ended another matter and she hung up.

3 hrs and no one answered the phone Ring back takes over an hour to get an agent, I have work computer stuff to do, so I book in because I'm a regular and they know who I am from Travelling for work. Not happy!! The Agent blasts me on the phone saying it will be a double booking then hangs up on me??? Who do I complain too? this CTM is a joke to get through on the phone. Every single time I ring to book I have issues with time wasted ringing. Fix this broken system
