Dreadful! Rang to cancel a Flybuys booking. First time waited on hold for an hour and ten minutes before I spoke to anyone. Next time waited on hold for an hour and five before I had to hang up in order to make an appointment on time. Third time waited on hold again for an hour and ten minutes. Who has time to do that!!
CTM provided an excellent experience with a quick and efficient turnaround on travel booking. From the moment of request submitted, their team responded promptly and handled everything with professionalism. The booking process was smooth, well-communicated, and stress-free.
Booking by CTM enroute to destination and back excellent. There weren't any issues checking in at Hotels or at ticketing check-ins.
