Helpdesk is able to solve very little so everything gets pushed to tier 2 which is billable. Tier 2 issues take hours to resolve because they'll get to you when they get to you. If you are doing accounting and you are okay with QuickBooks being inaccessible for 4+ hours at a time, with no urgency from them, then by all means this is the company for you.
