Today we visited the Morton Grove location and talked with Rebecca (hostess), we found it surprising and disappointing that our elite wine club memberships were not acknowledged. Unfortunately, the service was poor, and we were told to be waiting 1.5 hours , and it almost seemed as if the values of membership were not respected at this location. Best anniversary ever.Had reservations for 7:30 at 7:15 I checked in. My wife was going to get a wine tasting and the nice worker said, you probably don’t have time to have tasting because you have a 7:30 reservation. We got texted at 7:55 to are table. My wife said could have had a tasting. We sat down and sat for 25 minutes without a, someone will be with you soon, would you like a water, hi someone will be with you shortly. No instead we got nothing for 25 minutes. Thanks we left and got a burger, best anniversary ever.
