I had my purse stolen spent the ENTIRE DAY WITH ZERO CALL BACK. I NOW TRIED AFAIN,SO FAR STILL ON HOLD. THE PH. CALL BACK DOES NOT WORK!!!!!!!!
When i was working there we constantly washed our hands but i noticed my hands getting extremely dry and hurting come to find out i had attracted a fungus on my index finger. What can I say about Coppers Hawk..For one it's not a family oriented restaurant for employees or customers..honestly I don't drink wine..The food is ok...I mean ! I was very disappointed with the service at the Livonia, Michigan location. We asked for a manager Clare after requesting no tomatoes on a burger. It took 45 minutes to receive which was no longer an option because the rest of our party was finished eating. The manager was very condescending and not very helpful. One member of our party left without having lunch. The staff needs to be trained on better customer service interaction. At this point I would not recommend to anyone.
No one answers the customer service phone numbers the 708 number or 888 number. Just put a recording on that says no one will answer or return a call I waited over 20 minutes on b oth lines.The birthday field on the app does not work, and the app says use your membership number in your newsletter not the number on the back of the card. How utterly ridiculous. No tech logic or end usrte testing was done I don't have a newsletter
Horrible customer service. I’ve called dozens of times over the last week and a half. On hold for over an hour the first time, and have requested a call back again, DOZENS of times, and never get a call back.
