STAY AWAY from this organization. I experienced highly unprofessional and incompetent staff that were rude and abusive to me (a paying customer), overcharged on several shipping loads with inflated rates and persistently late on international orders by several months. Staff are untruthful about delivery timelines creating enormous stress for customers, not dependable at all. JUST SAY NO. Extremely efficient, but most importantly very transparent with their weighing and process. Been using them for 3 years and I've never had a lost or damaged item or even a spilled bottle of soap. Highly recommend.
I the owner ( boss lady ) ,and she was very helpful in making sure that my bags were well packaged. Even though it was my first time shipping anything. She made it a very pleasant experience.
Desperate need to improve customer's service. Stop the act of discarding customer concerns/inquiries.
