i am dissatisfied with this company and their method of ordering products! i have called everyday and sometimes twice a day for an entire week to order a printer ribbon and everyday i am told the same thing, leave your number and someone will call you back or i am placed on hold for outrageous wait times. it is now day 4 of attempting to purchase products and i have been on hold now for 16 minutes and am still being told the same thing! the customer service reps answering the phones are rude and unhelpful!
