MainStay Suites Hawthorn was perfect for our family holiday! Rooms had everything we needed and so very clean, comfortable bed and warm heating. When we checked after our 3 hour flight staff were friendly and welcoming, they also suggested best places to eat and how to get around, so helpful. Thank you for the memorable stay! Keep up the great work team
Oh man...they are renovating to sell hotel rooms as residences. The paint and paint thinner fumes where so bad we had to demand a room be provided elsewhere. The fumes made us liteheaded and the staff did nothing about it until we complained twice. After the complaints they stopped work and opened the roof vent. I dont know how this was acceptable andndidnt cause a complete evaluation.
Great service during check in. Nice location, close to variety of restaurants. However my bathroom light was out of order and had to wait for 3 days to get it fixed. Shower walls and towel rack were dirty and there were hair and a bad smell in bathroom mirror cabinet shelves.
