Salmon was an absolute angel! She was incredibly helpful within assisting in my stay, she made sure that both my furbaby Lana and I had a safe place and made extending out stay incredibly easy! Highly recommended this place for your next melbourne stay! Especially if you have pets 🥰

Staff are the best here rooms are very tidy clean and good size. Didn’t charge me extra when my family flew in to see me for a week ensured I had towels blankets etc and no extra cost thank you so much. Wouldn’t go anywhere else
감사합니다 We were both really happy with this hotel. Location is great for city and Melb. Uni. The staff were nice, helpful and professional. The room itself was large and well set out. Underground parking was very secure. We'd be happy to stay here each time we're in Melb. (from Canberra.)
