Well I'm sure business is good, but I am greatly disappointed I had asked to keep a car within there parking lot. While trying to figure out mechanical issues, I had left my name and number on the dash board clearly seen, no one called I finally had the opportunity to move it and fix it and it is GONe! I figured out of respect I would get a courtesy call. But the money saved to fix it now is racked to get it out of tow I am greatly disappointed.( If stolen I would like to view cameras for confirmation it was towed)
I sent an email to Roy on a sunday mid morning to add a vehicle to our fleet....within a couple of hours I received the insurance card and airport paperwork. This is exactly what I expect from a business partner. Thank you for being prompt!!
What i liked about Roy was that he followed up with us after 1 year. We had just renewed our insurance and he was asked to call back. And he did! That earned our business
