This was the third lawyer/ consultant I have used for my PR and without question the best. I approached Barbara Jo Caruso after being recommended to her by Nicholas Keung from the Toronto Star. I asked her (and others) by email for a price for mandamus for my PR application. All other lawyers would not give me a price upfront without a consultation that I would have to pay for.
