Very poor service. Most of the call get missed as no answer despite phone ringing so long. It seems like they are short of staff.
Room was exactly as advertised. Great view. Unfortunately contact person didn't show up to work but luckily another tennant got us settled in until the next staff member showed. She was lovely and very helpful. Thank you.
