I am writing to express serious concerns about the condition and management of this property. Over the past several months, the quality of service has significantly declined. The facility appears poorly maintained, and the food is consistently served cold and lacks flavor. When requesting to speak with a chef, one is never available, and similarly, there is never a manager available when requested. If this is your first time staying there. Let it be known that there are 2 buildings. The first one is right off the freeway. The 2nd is a little sw of there. I sat for an hour talking to 3 people out of 4 phone calls trying to get my door open. Little did I know I was at the wrong building. Nor did I know there was another building. The first 3 phone calls never mentioned i might be at the wrong building They just kept telling me someone was on the way. Which I never saw.
