Okay so now that we moved I'm ripping this damn place apart. They called and told my husband to have me change my review or they'd have cause to terminate our lease. All because I wanted our place fixed. Our walls and ceiling were cracking and falling apart. Horrible companies to rent commercial property through they do not repair the buildings when needed they don't do maintenance right. I would give zero Stars if allowed. They lack common consideration and communication skills they are the definition of slumlords do not rent from them unless you want to just throw your money away and watch your business suffer
I found this place bc my mother had rented an apartment say 8 years ago n i just moved to the area, n looking for an afforadable apartment in this area is unheard of, i rent an apartment off j mark court, n I couldn't ask for a better group of people to rent from! They are very prompt at getting back to me, very understanding when I needed them to be, n when I had a small issue without any hassle or procrastination they came immediately! Shout out to Connie for helping me make my second chance of life my best!!
