I highly recommend thinking TWICE about renting from this property management company. I never had any issues with the company or its staff up until my move out after 4 years of residency with them. Prior to move out, I was provided a pre move out inspection, which detailed what needed to be fixed before moving out. Please reconsider before you rent from this company. They are unethical, overcharge and don’t follow fair housing rules. Also if you have rented from them and were charged unnecessarily and overcharged without explanation, I encourage you to speak up. They definitely need a class action suit and/or civil rights investigation from HUD. They painted all units in matte paint which isn’t the industry standard for rentals. Okay so now that we moved I'm ripping this damn place apart. They called and told my husband to have me change my review or they'd have cause to terminate our lease. All because I wanted our place fixed. Our walls and ceiling were cracking and falling apart. Horrible companies to rent commercial property through they do not repair the buildings when needed they don't do maintenance right. I would give zero Stars if allowed. They lack common consideration and communication skills they are the definition of slumlords do not rent from them unless you want to just throw your money away and watch your business suffer
