Great product and great customer service! Did a big staff order, they were easy to communicate, helped with design to ensure we had the best outcome. The embroidery turned out even better than expected! We all love our jackets, and are already been asked to order more for next year. Will definitely use them again!
Horrible customer service. We placed an order for 100 items and the quality was not there. There was a big difference between what we approved and what was delivered to us. The team member did not bother spend time to find a satisfactory alternative, despite the significant costs involved.
