I couldn't find anyone to fix my Herman Miller chair, so after searching for a few days to no resolve, I decided to contact Corporate Concepts! I spoke with Lori who reassured me she would immediately solve my problem and put my anxieties to rest!! She was always available, friendly, and easy to work with! She sent out Dwayne, who was professional, quickly able to fix my chair (15 MIN), and couldn't have been nicer!!
