This is the absolute worst place you could ever deal with, it was so bad dealing with the owner that we had to call the police to retrieve our parcels, and did .The state trooper warned the woman in charge that should she continue in her abusive manner he would arrest her. The lady in charge is mean and ruthless even when you are standing right in front of her, I could go on but I think the point is made. If you are hard core and want some entertainment try it. they charge a flat-rate (3 bucks) per package and will hold it more or less indefinitely. they're a bit rough around the edges but they're inexpensive, right near the border (like 2 mins away) and they'll stay open after hours if you call and arrange... to get all that at a low price, you're going to have the occasional package that gets misplaced. has happened to me a couple of times. i've waited 5 extra minutes or so and they've found it. if you want the cadillac service, pay more and line up for the UPS store. i'm happy w... read more

Lost my package. Never called me back. Never offered any compensation. Never apologized for the loss. Avoid.

I have used their service about 10 times in the past year and I am very satisfied with them. They always locate my packages quickly and are very polite to deal with. They don't charge extra if you leave your packages with them for more than one week.
