I had a safe buying experience and would highly recommend. I got my car from here at a very reasonable price. Richard and Adrian were both helpful in organising a time to see the car and to go for a test drive. When I was buying, they were able to organise for my mechanic to inspect the car. The car was handed over in great and clean condition, and everything was as per the listing on carsales.com There were no pushy sales tactics. Everything was honest and transparent. I had an absolutely fantastic experience buying a car from this dealership. The staff were friendly, professional and patient, never pushed me into making a quick decision. They explained all the vehicle details clearly, the car was in great condition as described, and the whole purchasing process was smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend this reliable car shop to anyone looking for a good vehicle!
Just wanted to thank Richard and his team for not only for delivering a high quality used car at a VERY competitive price in a respectful and transparent manner, but also for the after care in sorting out some minor issues - not common in this industry. Thank you for the great experience!
I had a pleasant experience purchasing a second hand car from this dealership. The owner is honest and straightforward, with no pushy sales tactics. Pricing is fair and reasonable. There were a few minor faults with the car, and the owner promised to fix all issues free of charge before handover. When I collected the car, everything had been fully repaired and passed inspection. I’m satisfied with my purchase and will recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a car in Melbourne.
Bought my car from Richard! He was always made time to discuss any matters and presented great service! Recommend highly
