I've been on hold for 85 minutes and I'm still waiting. I was caller number 4 to begin with! The benefits information they provided online and by fax was absolutely minimal, so now I'm forced to wait on hold. Customer service is clearly not a high priority for them.
I’ve never had any issues using my insurance. Customer service is easy to get ahold of as well
Should be called 180 degree benefits because that’s what you should do if you hear their name.
This plan always gets rejected and mixed up in billing. Providers will use the cigna network site, and our plan doesn't come up, and it messes up billing every single time we see a doctor. They say we aren't covered, and we have to spend a bunch of extra time explaining how to bill our insurance. Plus, they don't let dependent spouses have access to their children's info without permission from the spouse who is the primary, even if you are married with joint custody. Horrible company. Somehow they don’t have to follow prompt pay laws. A long string of doctor bills that we are told by 90 Degree Benefits are covered at 100% have gone unpaid by insurance - some for over a year and a half. Their only excuse is they don’t have the funds. Find the funds, the $900+ we paid every month for our plan would more than cover them. After months on end, there is still no resolution.
