This is for Natalie I’m going out of my way to give a good review because most of the time representatives over the phone are rude but shout out to her because I was looking for an EOB for a patient and told me I should go to the portal to find it and when I pulled it up it wasn’t there so I was going to be queued for probably 30-1 hr over the phone (mind you I accidentally called the wrong line) but she called me back and went out of her way to help me like???? WORST insurance EVER, they pay for next to nothing and it's been over a year that they still have not paid a remaining balance of 55 dollars for a ROUTINE OB visit. I hope they go out of business yesterday if not sooner!
Do not use them for anything. They don't pay claims on time and drag it along forever. Most of them need to be behind bars.
