RecommendedOur stay was for personal reasons and we had minimal control over our departure dates. Rebecca from Corporate could not have been more understanding. The apartment was clean, furniture comfortable, and the Brookberry complex was perfectly located and very safe. We planned for 6 weeks but stayed for nearly 3 months. Highly recommend this company, Rebecca Sagan in particular, and the apartment complex.
Very well done. I could also add to those Corporate accommodations, Family and private as well by seeking assistance in converting our historic home into a ten room historic bed and breakfast with some add ons. VR
Not a good experience. The apartment smelled of cigarette smoke and now my baby's crib and bedding reeks of the stench. The couch back corner was shredded, possibly by someone's cat. They charged me a bunch of extra money for cleaning fees and pet hair, and attached a photo of a few strands of pet hair as justification. Also, they pulled some dog hair out of the carpet while vacuuming but duh, that's what happens. We already paid a giant pet fee to begin with, and now I have even more charges. I was greatly pleased with my apartment. Everything was up to date and the apartment really made for an easy transition while away for work, from my family. The ladies who helped me were so professional and helpful. Greatly impressed with the accommodations, people, and prices!
I love the way that your team set up the decor for our radio station in Ahoksie, NC. My costumes are very impressed when they walk in our studios! Very awesome work! Your attention to detail is going to help take our business to the next level!!!
