Had to come here for a physical for work as well as a tb test. Tried to make an appointment but was redirected multiple times. Finally get in at 1:45, it’s now 3:24 and I am still sitting here, fully checked in, paperwork done, but have not been seen. Absolutely ridiculous wait times for a work physical. Asked the staff if they had an estimate for wait time and they couldn’t tell me so I’m just going to continue to rot here. 0/5 stars. Do not recommend, but I have to use this place d/t my job.
Dr. Mann was very attentive, explained everything about my injury in detail, even showed me the radiologist report on my follow-up visit, and went the extra mile to advocate for me to get exercises from the physical therapist when the physical therapist dismissed me without anything. It is so wonderful to meet with a doctor who takes unhurried time and puts patient care first.
The staff is friendly— but an overall (VERY) time consuming experience.
Poor communication & unprofessional and dismissive behavior amongst staff. Would definitely not recommend
They have fumbled my whole processing to get hired by the company that is trying to hire me. They didn't give me forms and said that is the reason for the delay. The doctor was not straight forward with forms I had to get multiple clearances and it's taking a whole 3 days even after my stuff was submitted. There is no accountability, and I have been delayed working for over 2 weeks. This is one of the most horrible experiences I've experienced!
