This is place is quaint, cozy and very comfortable. Cesar is a great guy, always helpful, Lamont is amazing and helpful if you need any assistance. I’ve lived here for the last 8 months and found this place to be convenient and accessible.
The best place to stay! Cesar is the best house manager . he's always willing to help and nothing is ever too much trouble! I love the location and friendly service from all the staff. I don't stay anywhere else while in NYC. love it.

I was 3 month there. Very Positiv: - Location (for subways and trains there is no better location) - Clean (at arrival the room was very clean, also after booking room service (additional costs)) - the one doormen (you will figure out who i mean) - responsiveness of the agency: problems are adressed quickly and effectivly. Neutral: - amenities (common area and fitness room, and shared washing mashines on each floor.) lift only had a problem once in 100 days. - post: you have your own post box and packages are managed and kep... read more
