Bought your windows. Thought I would love them. NOT SO!!. Sash broke on a window. Had Star Window Solutions fix it to the tune of $175.00 on 10/20/2020 broke again this January fell on my hand broke my finger. Oh this is the same window. Don't think I will buy your windows or use your repair people again. I don't believe I will ever see this review. J Flenker
I bought windows from this company, I found out their "lifetime warranty" is not worth the paper its printed on. The broker I got them from is out of business.. I need screens they can't sell them to me because I'm not a dealer. I'm very disappointed in this "local" company.
The owner of this company is not professional at all. Beware doing any business with this company. There are many other options in our area to choose from.
FRED1111, is it possible that you chose a crappy installer? I install their windows and my customers love them…. but, please…. consider who you chose and the supposed value of using the "Cheap Guys" to install…. you get what you pay for…. Awesome Windows!. Love the triple glass sashes w/low e and argon. Our house is so much quieter after the replacement of the windows. There is practically no radiant heat on my south facing windows anymore! I am really impressed with the quality and attention to detail put into these windows.
