Horrible. Just don't do it! Go somewhere else! – Unfriendly people who do not care in an old building you do not want to enter. I took in my Nuggets jacket and they ruined it. The colors had run together and it was much smaller, especially in the arms. They said it was not their fault and to take it back to where I bought it. They would not even refund the cleaning charge or say they were sorry. Go somewhere else!

REALLY NOT GOOD. – I will not go back, and suggest you do the same. The jacket I took in looked worse than when I gave it to them...and they did not even care. They never tried to offer an explanation and the owner would not talk to me. I heard him tell the person who waited on me to just get me out of the store. Well! I'm out and won't go back!

BAD SERVICE/MEAN PEOPLE – This was not a good experience. The place was cold, and uninviting. It smelled really bad. I left my coat there and had to sign what seemed to be a legal document. When I went back the coat did not look any better, and no longer fit me. The guy who waited on me & who said he was the owner stated that I had signed a release and he would not clean the coat again or give me a refund. He wasn't even nice, and made no offer to help or make me happy. I will not return
