Took my daughters car to get an oil change. Got an email stating both intake and cabin filters needed to be replaced. I declined due to the price being roughly $70 a piece. I can do those myself. Picked the car up and when replacing the cabin filter I’d noticed the technician placed the filter back inside the car with all the leaves and dust still attached. I mean geez. Worst experience ever - from customer service, communication, body work & paint!!! I brought in my Jeep Wrangler in Sept of 2023 for service & asked about the corrosion on my doors. I was informed that the corrosion was covered under my insurance for about 2 more months. She explained that certain parts were on back order but as long as the claim gets submitted in time, the work would still be covered.
