My experience at The Coronet Hotel was extremely disappointing. The initial staff member was helpful and allowed me to wait in the lobby while I worked through my banking issues, and they offered a solution. Unfortunately, after a staff change, the new team members treated me very sternly, often ignoring my needs and helping others instead.
