My experience at The Coronet Hotel was extremely disappointing. The initial staff member was helpful and allowed me to wait in the lobby while I worked through my banking issues, and they offered a solution. Unfortunately, after a staff change, the new team members treated me very sternly, often ignoring my needs and helping others instead. I've stayed at the Coronet numerous times for work starting in 2018. Mona Selander and the staff there have always been outstanding. All my work needs are met, and everyone there is so friendly you feel like you are staying at a home away from home. A large number of sports teams I cover as a sports reporter/photographer by trade stay there. They all say their experiences at the Coronet are outstanding.
