I wouldn’t even rate this hotel 1 star, but I had to for the review. Management is severely lacking training in emergency situations and clearly lacking professionalism in general. They refused to call 911, tried to refuse my family entry, and told me to “keep my voice down” while my brother laid in a pool of blood. I had to call 911 and emergency responders allowed us entry and were able to save his life.
