Mona and her staff goes above and beyond for you hands down one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. We were with a girls hockey team. And they treated all of us like family. Thanks Mona!
The doors don’t shut all the way when you think it shuts all the way, people smoke in the rooms and staff don’t care to take action, the tv’s in these rooms have such bad quality, it’s better to bring a console to watch things. We tried the AC but they don’t have any cooling to it, it’s mostly heat, when we called downstairs for it to get fixed, they couldn’t fix it because it was “already broken”? They said. You could hear people walking around and talking outside, and in the hall ways in the rooms during the whole day.
