Amazing staff and Dr. Both my daughters got their wisdom teeth removed and they were very accommodating. Explained post op carefully and answered all my questions, they catered to my girls individually. Girls enjoy their experience as well.
My teen was referred here by our dentist. I was told to give the intake a a couple days to be received and then call. I called the office after a couple days. Receptionist was rude and told me they "did not get to the intake yet" and told me someone would call me and "if I did not hear in couple weeks to call back." I waited two weeks and called back today. Front desk was polite this time, but looked up the file and claimed that my dentist had "cancelled the referral" which made no sense. I am a client of Dr. Sheikh’s at the Waterloo location and have been very pleased with the care l’ve received. The staff are very friendly and accommodating as well. I highly recommend Coronation.
