My daughter had wisdom teeth extracted, and their admin staff faxed her prescription and it cannot be found at the pharmacy. Called dozens of times to their "emergency" number but no answer and endless phone options that lead to dead ends and dropped calls. I have been to this clinic three times. Not only did my problem not get solved, it actually became worse each time. Every appointment took more than a month to wait. The same tooth was X-rayed three times. I originally went there for a root canal treatment, but Dr. Fox drilled a big hole in my crown and then told me he could not treat it and that the tooth had to be extracted. Excellent Experience!!! We got referred here for a broken tooth extraction to my eldery mom with dementia who refused to let anyone to check her. Dr. Sheikh and his team were amazing. At reception all paperwork were handled flawlessly and with a smile. We were thinking she would need to be asleep to do extraction and Dr. Sheikh told us that it wasn't necessary, I trusted his experience but had my reserves as my mom is not easy to handle. Came here for my wisdom teeth removal. All the staff were very nice and professional. The doctor had my teeth removed in 30 minutes, and I didn’t experience any pain or swelling post surgery. Overall, a very easy and stress free experience, thanks so much !!
Dr. Cho was originally a five, taking in the office cleanliness, staff very accommodating. Sent me for an MRI but never got the images, just a report. TMJ. His suggested treatment was very detrimental to my recovery. Last choice I was at Caimbridge Memorial in tears. Tears which had become daily and provoked by my cheek muscles becoming more and more tense. Dr. GRAHAM at Cambridge Memorial took the time to research and bring back 3 professionals that dealt with TMJ. Helios. See photos below for patient and staff referral.
