EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF!!!!! THE FRONT DESK LADY is a liar. I called Tuesday to confirm the service call email confirmation I received from the GE warranty department and this lady said they do not service GE Warranty. So I called the warranty department and let them know FRONT desk at Coronado TV Appliance mentioned they don't service these warranty calls according to her. At the time I visited their store, it was listed on their business cards that they worked on pinball machines, so I was excited I had been looking for awhile. It was listed on their business cards. The business is a local small business so I thought it was a win win. First thing I paid for home a home service call, it's extra. I made the appointment and when the technicians came they spent maybe 3 minutes looking at my machine took pictures and said they would get back in touch with me. I dropped of my amplifier for my subwoofer with Manny on Monday and agreed to $39 fee to see why it no longer has output. Tuesday Jesse calls me and tells me he can fix it for $60 parts and $60 labor minus the $39 already paid. This is an 18 year old Cerwin Vega that thumps but I can get a new Polk for $99. I chose to stick with the Vega because she's done me well. Friday morning I pick up the amp for $97 dollars and change. Absolutely the worst business to deal with!!!!!! I brought in my CD changer and spoke with service tech Jesse and agreed he would charge me $30.00 down to fix the CD changer and this charge would carry towards the quoted price if they fixed the CD changer, but I would lose the down fee if I didn't have them fix it. I agreed and paid the $30.00 down fee/payment. The following day, Jesse quoted me it would cost a total of $162 to fix the CD changer and my already paid $30.00 would go towards the $162 charge. 3 months later,... read more

Be advised. You have a high chance of being ripped off by these people. They have a scam going with phony repairs if it is repaired at all. They only want your money and will lie to your face to get it. You have been warned.

Worst service EVER!!!!! Tech came out on Monday said he needed to order parts for my refrigerator. I called on Thursday to follow up and the parts hadn't even been order!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
