EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF!!!!! THE FRONT DESK LADY is a liar. I called Tuesday to confirm the service call email confirmation I received from the GE warranty department and this lady said they do not service GE Warranty. So I called the warranty department and let them know FRONT desk at Coronado TV Appliance mentioned they don't service these warranty calls according to her. At the time I visited their store, it was listed on their business cards that they worked on pinball machines, so I was excited I had been looking for awhile. It was listed on their business cards. The business is a local small business so I thought it was a win win. First thing I paid for home a home service call, it's extra. Recommendedso far they have been very responsive and friendly. I took my Seeburg 220 jukebox to them last evening and got a call first thing today in regards to what needed to be looked at. I have high hopes and more business to give them !

I dropped of my amplifier for my subwoofer with Manny on Monday and agreed to $39 fee to see why it no longer has output. Tuesday Jesse calls me and tells me he can fix it for $60 parts and $60 labor minus the $39 already paid. This is an 18 year old Cerwin Vega that thumps but I can get a new Polk for $99. I chose to stick with the Vega because she's done me well. Friday morning I pick up the amp for $97 dollars and change.
