The street parking is terrible and HOA doesn’t allow new residents to get a permit for parking inside the gate because they say the slots are all full by January. The HOA is also extremely unresponsive and unconcerned. Takes weeks to reply to emails. Still haven’t received my access card for the facilities in the community and I have lived here for almost 4 weeks now.
The HOA lady with the blonde/white hair is very rude, nosy, and annoying. She’s always around just watching looking for an excuse to yell at someone. Everytime I go outside she’s there always watching me. Always watching. I pray she gets fired soon because she’s genuinely a horrible and highly incompetent person.
Great place for students. Gym is plenty, be careful because you will be towed.
We lived here for about 14 months and couldn't be happier to be gone. It's extremely loud. Every few days there is always someone literally screaming outside in the middle of the night and parties are a regular occurrence. During summer the pool was closed a ridiculous amount of times due to feces and/or vomit in the pool. The jacuzzi water was also green and smelled disgusting.
