We lived here for about 14 months and couldn't be happier to be gone. It's extremely loud. Every few days there is always someone literally screaming outside in the middle of the night and parties are a regular occurrence. During summer the pool was closed a ridiculous amount of times due to feces and/or vomit in the pool. The jacuzzi water was also green and smelled disgusting. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE YOU COULD EVER LIVE AT. The entrance gate has been wide open and broken for WEEKS and NO ONE has fixed it. A MAJOR security concern as things get stolen quite frequently. To add to it, they towed my own car which will cost $400 for no reason. They know how/what my car looks like and that it belongs to a person that lives here at the property with the appropriate pass.
