This place is a joke. I pay 3K a month for nothing. They close the pool whenever they want. Dog park is gross. No propane in the grills. Don’t waste your money. Go somewhere that actually cares.
Pricey
These apartments are ok but the pricing is a bit ridiculous. They will have offerings in the front office but you need to give them a 5 star review in order to receive it. Bribing residents for reviews isn’t the way to go. Being a great complex with great customer service will get you those 5 star reviews. Taking weeks to give calls back isn’t 5 star service
Not sure what the bad reviews are about? Desiree is amazing she is so attentive and good with ensuring we are taken care of! Maintenance is touch notch Jason is great super quick and gives us all the info. If you need a place contact Desiree the manager she’ll set up up!
You will be disappointed. Lots of promises during the tour, lack of professionalism later. They lack in maintenance, communication and honesty. I lived there for 13 months, each month I would get a ‘reminder’ to pay my rent even though I never missed or was late on rent. I would then get more ‘reminders’. I would also get notices to clean up after my dog, despite the fact I don’t have a dog. But sent note after note to come get donuts in the front.
