Bill at Ocean Breeze is by far the best realtor our family has ever worked with. Being parents of 5 children, we have rented from him multiple times. They have always been extremely fair. We have paid for damage incurred to a property by our children. It was only a lamp, however, they helped us replace it for the owners. The worst property management company – This Father/son management company has the worst track record. You are admonished to look for a better company. they are both incompetent, do not represent the interests of their clients well, and will actually try to refund security deposit monies to your tenant who damaged your property. They do not communicate well, and will not follow direction after you have admonished them not to do something.
