Jaw-dropping Rudeness – To avoid a libel suit, I will refer to the two employees as R. (for rude) and S. (for sarcastic). I will even rename the service I paid for: let's call it a Clas Iven. I am writing this a little over an hour since the incident. I had been to this place a few times in the past, and had gotten good service. Rude!!!! – Terrible service. I've been in twice and clearly the owner/manager has no idea how to run a business. Not only is the place a total disaster, but the owner isn't the nicest guy in the world. Pretty icy, and off putting. He made me feel totally unwelcome. I went in to fax a sheet of paper, and the total was $1.50. Realizing I had no cash on hand, I went to use my debit card. Wrong move! This guy threw a royal fit. seriously. rude, slow and unprofessional – I will never go back to that place again. Trying to avoid the line at the Coronado post office (where everybody is always nice and polite), I ended up at this place. Major disappointment. from the moment I walked in to the moment I left, the owner/manager/clerk was at all time rude and slow with the customers in front of me and with me. Slow and rude – I've tried this place twice now thinking it would be faster than waiting in line at the post office. It is not faster and the owner, who was working at the counter both times I was there, can be downright rude. I recommend you take your business elsewhere.
