Definitely worth a visit if you're in the Lindsborg, KS area. Beautiful views from the top of Coronado Heights. Great spot to watch the setting sun. Free admission.
Nice picnic area near Lindsborg, KS. I wouldn’t drive out of my way to see it, as it was built in 1935, but it’s a quick stop. Free to see.
Someone was getting engaged while blasting an Elvis song when we were there. I'm not sure if they do this daily for tourist or if it was a one time thing.
It was awesome to see the castle. Although it is small, it was interesting. The views were amazing. You are able to go inside the castle and to the very top. They list bathrooms, however there are no doors and is an outhouse with no water or toilet paper. The areas to picnic are uncovered but scenic view is wonderful. They each have their own fireplace. You have winding dirt road all the way up to the top. Take it slow. Have a dirt road about 1.5 miles to get to the entrance. It is free so no tickets needed.
