Had an emergency tooth issue and needed to see Dr. Wu for help, after a simple call to the office an appointment was made within the week. Arrived and got seen promptly and with very nice support. The paperwork was really simple and since they knew me from La Mesa, it was really convenient. Thank you so much‼️

Everything was great at first. The dentist was nice, didn't pressure me to get crowns, and my first root canal experiences were smooth. The receptionist, Monica, told me my insurance would cover x amount and I only owed a copay. I paid my copays and went on my way. 7 months later, they call me telling me that my insurance didn't cover ANYTHING and now I owe over $2,000. -Was unsatisfied by one of the procedures I had done here. -Dr. Wu was absent three times I had appointments to see him. 2 of those times I wasn’t informed until I arrived. -Received a bill 14 months after my last appointment for nearly $500. -One of the appointments on the bill was a date when Dr. Wu was absent- I have fought with the billing department and not had any luck.

Dauod, Dr, Wu, Monica and staff are wonderful. Daoud is the best dental hygienist I have ever had- fast, thorough, gentle and easy to talk to. My husband and I actually look forward to going to the dentist for our cleanings lol. Highly recommend!!
