I found Coronado Cross training (Jeff) while recovering from a massive rotator cuff tear; I was in rehab for about seven months. I knew I was not 100% after rehab concluded, and I needed more post-rehab. I worked with Jeff virtually because we are in different states, but we were in contact by phone, email and a chat room.
