A good call box can make or break a visit. At my condo it is rather confusing and countless people can’t figure it out. This call box at the Coronado is top notch. The lobby is pretty average with a mail room and elevators. The condo is really nice. My friend has a spacious one bedroom with a balcony that has spectacular views.
Cockroaches in the building with very few remediation efforts. Tried contacting building and company manager multiple times before posting review.
Absolutely paper-thin walls between units.
