Based on my experience, anyone considering buying there, run the other way, If you do a proper research, you will notice the total abuse of funds that seem to vanish while none of the assessment were properly used, the on going swap of managements, security, and any possible contracts with each new board of directors etc etc etc …etc The garage and parking levels specially ground level between C1 & C3 there is a huge area poles that support part of the pool deck, towhses for over a decade looked like a war zone, patched and ... read more
