Each condo is owned individually. No office. Grounds are kept nice, pool nice, quiet neighbors that are always around but not intrusive. Gas grills are a plus. Board members live on site if needed in emergencies. I noticed camera around units for security. Parking is assigned to the condo your renting and is marked.
