I’ve been going here for a few years now and every time I pay for an exam and prescription they never give me the signed paperwork. And I have to Call them and ask them for the prescriptions contacts and lenses that I paid for 🙄

I love this place! I first visited in February of this year because I had a very bad eye infection from sleeping in my contacts. NOT GOOD AND I know better! Anyway, Dr. Pi was patient, treated me and continued follow-up’s until my eye was healed. The ladies at the front are welcoming and professional. Today, I went in for my annual eye exam and Dr. Pi was there again and he took the time to make sure I received and have the correct prescriptions for my contacts and glasses. Don’t bother with this place. I went in for my appointment today at 12:45 It was 50 minutes late and I was still waiting. The Dr. Decided to take a previous patient. They never have available appointments and will never return your phone call. They just lost 4 clients today. My kids and I will look somewhere else. !!
