I called this location to price a tire. The gentleman gave me the price. I told him that I’m not able to come to him and asked if he does roadside assistance. Before I even finished my sentence, he put the phone down and picked up another line to have a discussion with another customer and processed to hang up on me. I called back multiple times and my calls were ignored. He finally answered after about the 5th time and processed to tell me he’s helping the other customer still and he’s going to cash me back.
