I had two separate different occasions on which this location literally did not give me a U-Haul and left me stranded and trying to find other options. And this last U-Haul it was 3 o’clock and it’s been five days and they took $200 and still refused to give me my U-Haul I don’t know what is with this location but if you need a U-Haul go somewhere else.

Ray was excellent. He was very polite and welcoming. Everything that was expected of us was clearly laid out for us. The dispatch and return process of the vehicle was smooth, quick, and easy. I will be recommending this location to friends and family and shall be returning to this location for my U-Haul needs whenever I am in Bullhead City.

We had a great experience with this U-Haul site. Ray went above and beyond to make our move as seamless as possible. He was very informative and responded quickly to any questions we had.
