While I like Dr. Corona, his receptionist is another story. I've been trying to have routine procedures done and Everytime I call and ask why is it taking so long for anyone to call me to schedule an appointment, she says let me call you right back, then doesn't. I then wait a few hours and call again and I'm told she is busy and will get to it, she wrote a note. Then I call a day or so later after not hearing back and she tells me she has resent the order and I should hear something within the week..I have had this conversa... read more
This Doctor office is ridiculous will literally give you the Run around for over a week an then try an tell you the soonest you can be seen is in over a months . Might as well not waste your time an just go to prompt care
Very friendly.my first time in this clinic.they make me feel comfortable.
